The house is owned by a Brit, who has huge amounts of knowledge of the area and places to visit and eat The house is 15 mins away from Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. Also 15 mins away from the beach / sea. 2 mins drive from main 605 freeway, mins from 91,105, 5 and 405 freeways, easy access into Los Angeles and Orange County, Exit off Del Amo Great restaurants and lots of shopping malls close by. Supermarket, Starbucks, and lots of other shops, behind the complex. Public transportation right by complex. there is a bus that goes directly to Knotts Berry Farm. Disneyland is 20 mins drive. Ideal for someone on Vacation or relocation. Check out is 10am, no late check outs. There will be a charge for every 15 mins after check out time.. When checking out, please leave keys in room and lock the bottom lock on both the inside and screen doors when leaving the house. Please then text me, so I can arm the alarm. This is not a shared household. Shoes are not to be worn in the house. Guests do not have use of any other areas, other then their bedroom, bathroom, patio and kitchen to store food. If a guest is staying longer then a week, They may use kitchen for a minimal amount of time, very light cooking, NO frying foods at all. Half an hour. A shelf in the fridge for guests. Must leave kitchen as clean as they found it. Must not leave anything in sink, everything must be cleaned and put back where found. All surfaces wiped down. Bathroom is shared if we have other guests, please keep it clean. The showerhead needs to be moved around to cover various heights. It also takes longer heat up. Also if staying longer then a week, guests may use the washer and dryer for their clothes. If you have any problems with any of the above, please let me know If we are home, we are very sociable and will help where ever needed A really lovely area, with so many restaurants within walking distance. Huge mall really close by. 2 mins from the freeways to get anywhere in California Parking on the main road, if no spaces available in the complex. We are not liable for any tickets and breakins to the car. Street cleaning on Tuesdays, please make sure car is not parked on the main road on that day Yes, there are buses within 1 block from the house. These buses can take you to Long Beach or to Norwalk train station, which has routes into Los Angeles and to Redondo Beach If wanting to book the the other room listed as a 2 room booking, we will deduct $10 of the 2nd room rate. No same day reservations. Make sure all rules are read before committing to stay here. No exchange students or prices reductions under any circumstance. The price quoted by AIRBNB is the price. Please do not ask for quotes, we have already reduced the price. Street cleaners come on Tuesday am. Please move your car on Monday night so that you do not get a ticket. Please do not park on the green area by mailbox.
