Beautifully decorated and fully equipped with air conditioning and large flat screen smart tv’s in every room. All televisions are equipped with firestick/iptv capabilities. The Yamaha bluetooth capable Sound System is ready for your island playlist. The living room, deluxe kitchen, guest bedroom with king bed, and bathroom are all on ground floor and provide walk out access to a private terrace to the sand and water of Simpson Bay Beach. The huge Master bedroom with king bed, and en-suite bathroom is located upstairs and offers a 2nd private terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Both bedrooms provide plush king beds with 3′ memory foam toppers, and fine linens. This spacious, beautiful 2-floor level unit provides Caribbean living to please the most discriminating taste. The living room with its al fresco dining area and veranda terrace has direct access to the beach, pool, and outdoor shower. The floor plan is ideal for two couples desiring their own privacy; and, for a family, Paradise Beach provides a separate parents’ retreat. Included in the rental are FREE calls to USA/Canada using provided VOIP phone and Wifi (Guests should provide their own Laptop or IPad!). Paradise Beach Villa provides assigned off street parking, and night time security. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a wonderful French bakery are just a short walk/drive away.
