Single Story Uptown Living @ Central/Camelback Light Rail
Description
BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED 625sqft 2 bd/1bth in triplex on a quiet cul-de-sac in the <3 of Central Phoenix! Two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed (queen). 3-min walk from the door to the light rail--take it to the stadiums, Tempe, or the airport! We are also 4 blocks from Melrose, and Phoenix's oldest LGBTQ+ bar, Charlies! In Uptown Plaza (5 min walk) there's a ton of restaurants, a grocery store, a brewery and more! Socialize in the shared backyard with the long-term tenants/owner, or enjoy time on your own at the fire pit! Arizona TPT # 21464579 > Getting around Unfortunately the car port is reserved, but there is a paver parking pad with one spot reserved for your use (in front of the saguaro cactus sculpture with the blue flowers). There is also plentiful street parking right in front of the house and along the street! But why bother bringing a car when you can just hop on the light rail for $2 and get basically anywhere in The Valley? It's a very walkable area with tons of shops, restaurants and bars within 3 blocks of the house. > Neighborhood description Historic, residential neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac right next to Central and Camelback. Walk to the end of the cul-de-sac to hop on the light rail to go downtown, Tempe, Mesa, or the airport. Within a 10 minute walk there are dozens of great restaurants, shops and local watering holes, including my personal favorite Huss Brewery! The Melrose District is Phoenix’s LGBTQ+ district, and is a short walk away. The neighborhood is safe with attentive neighbors and a neighborhood watch. > Good to know Guests acknowledge that this is a shared property and there will likely be some noise from adjacent units, and that there is a lab mix that lives on the premises. If you're bringing a pet, there is a shared yard space and back patio for your enjoyment, but your dog must be leashed at all times while outdoors.
