Oceanfront and Convenient Location

This 2-story, spacious house sits on concrete posts right over the ocean water. You will see 5-foot mantayrays rummaging the ocean floor under the house along with other fish, and on occasion, dolphins! You can fish right from the house deck or feel free to use our snorkel gear to hop off of the front porch and dive straight into the sea. This home is an ideal combination of seclusion and convenience. There is a beach just a minute walk from the home. The town is a 7-minute bike ride and the super market is a 5-minute walk. You will take a short, 100 meter walk from the street on a jungle path to this hidden home over the water. There are two bicycles available along with two paddle boards (with a returnable deposit) to jump right from the ocean deck into the water. Snorkel gear and ocean gear is included. This home has air conditioning and warm water.
