Second double bedroom with en suite bathroom, single bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. Second bathroom. Study/relaxation room. The apartment has a private garage connected to the apartment suitable for motorbikes, bicycles or small cars. You will also have at your disposal a beautiful private garden where you can stay after a long day spent visiting all the beauties of the city. Finally, the apartment is equipped with a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board to have your clothes in perfect order even on vacation! We are waiting for you! Guest access The entire apartment will be reserved for our guests. Other things to note Pets are not allowed except for service animals with appropriate certificates. Minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be accepted as guests. We cannot guarantee check-in outside the hours indicated in the listing. Visitors are not allowed inside the apartment. In compliance with local regulations, guests will be asked to provide an ID and sign a short-lease contract prior to their arrival. We cannot issue invoices to companies for your stay but only receipts to individuals. Loss or breakage of keys will result in a charge of Euro 150.00.
