Bed linen and towels provided. The space We rent the ground floor of our house as well as a bedroom and an office upstairs. The property is completely independent. A small apartment (occupied by the owner's father) with another entrance is upstairs. It has no view of the part of the garden that is reserved for you and has been soundproofed to reduce possible nuisances. 2000 m2 of riverside garden are entirely reserved for you with a 6 x 3 meter above-ground swimming pool heated by a heat pump available from June 15 to September 30, as well as a SPA available all year round except in the event of a storm or frost. Family bikes are at your disposal for long rides on the flax bike route, the entrance of which is a few hundred meters from the house. Shops are within walking distance. The sea is 4 km away. Ground floor: entrance, living/dining room, veranda, bedroom with a 160 cm bed and TV overlooking the terrace, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub-shower cabin, separate toilet. Upstairs, bedroom with a 180 cm bed and adjoining quiet office, ideal for teleworking. The desk contains a sofa bed and can therefore serve as an extra room. Linens and towels are provided. After traveling a lot in gîtes, we wanted to arrange our gîte according to our experience. We value the quality of the beds, all mattresses are new and of hotel quality. We know it's hard to take everything on vacation, so we provide linens and towels. For rainy days, (we are in Normandy), we provide board games, puzzles, books, comics, video games, a mini foosball table, 2 televisions with Disney+ You have internet access throughout the house. If you like to cook, you will find everything you need as well as a raclette machine, a bread machine (ideal for breakfast buns), a popcorn machine for your Disney evenings, a candy floss machine for your festive afternoons. We love animals very much, so we will gladly welcome your companions. We draw your attention to the fact that the bathroom has only a combined bathtub - shower cabin and that its access can be difficult for people with mobility difficulties. In addition, both the river and the pool require constant monitoring of small children. Although the water level of the river is low, it is easily accessible. We recommend removing the pool ladder after swimming to avoid accidents. Family bikes are at your disposal. French law requires children under the age of 12 to wear a helmet. We can provide you with some, but for better safety, we advise you to bring your own. Because the accommodation has only one bathroom and one toilet, we recommend it for 6 people, however the sofa bed in the office allows 8 people to sleep on site. The house is located very far from the road, but it is in the heart of the village. A grocery store is open every day. There is also a bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy and several other shops. We ask you not to play music and more generally not to make noise after 10 p.m. out of respect for our neighbors. To avoid traffic jams, we prefer rentals from Friday to Friday. Other things to note The price includes bed linen, towels and pool towels, electricity, water. End-of-stay cleaning is no longer included.
