The "Chef" in the group will love cooking in the modern, fully equipped kitchen or out on the Weber gas grill. Please Note: The detached 2 car garage is not available for use. No Prom or Grad Groups, Even with Adult Signature or Chaperone! Located in the private Lake Harmony Estates, this 3-story lodge offers the perfect balance of communal energy and private relaxation. Chef’s Kitchen: A modern, fully equipped kitchen designed to feed a crowd. We even provide a fueled Weber gas grill, ready for your first mountain cookout. Outdoor Oasis: Soak in the private 6-8 person hot tub or gather around the fire pit to share stories under the Poconos stars. This means resort-style linens laundered in-house, a meticulously maintained home, and a local team available to ensure your stay is seamless. Please Note: Occupancy: Our homes are built for groups and families. To maintain the quality of our community, we do not host Prom or Grad groups (even with chaperones). Security: A signed Occupancy Agreement and Driver’s License are required to finalize your booking. Parking: Plenty of driveway parking is available (the detached garage is for owner use only). Guest access - Check-In Instructions will be emailed prior to your arrival. That email will include your Door Code. - You can go directly to the house. Lake Harmony Estates is not a gated community. - House comes with 12 Beach Passes (In Summer Season). Additional Passes can be purchased at the Beach if you need more ( Single-Day Pass or 7-Day Pass). Only Credit Cards Accepted at the beach. Beach parking lot is located at Wood St & S Lake Dr. - Leave All 12 Beach Passes (In Summer Season) at the property before you Check Out. A $35.00 Replacement Fee Will Be Charged For Each Missing Beach Pass. - Linens and Towels Are Included. The house comes with Bath towels, 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 bathmat per bathroom and a set of kitchen towels. The beds have pillows, linens and a light quilt. Other things to note - Private chef services and winery tours are available through our vetted partners - Please Note: No Prom or Grad Groups, even with adult signature or chaperones! - Please Note: Hot Tub will be locked upon arrival, for Safety. The Key is located inside the house, in a lock box on the wall, near the door leading out to the Hot Tub. Enter code listed on box. Key is inside. - The Gas Fireplace is Thermostat adjusted. - The house has Smart TV's with Rokus. If you have a Netflix and Disney account, you can add them to the TV/Roku of your choice. - Planning to fish during your stay? Persons age 16 and over are required to have a PA Fishing License. - Check Out instructions: • Remove any food/ beverages from the refrigerator/ freezer and dispose of the trash. • There is a Bear Box at the end of the driveway with trash cans inside. • Remove Linens from the beds. • Leave towels on the bathroom floor. • Clean dishes or put them in the dishwasher and start cycle before leaving. • Return furniture to its original position, if moved. • Leave All 12 Beach Passes (In Summer Season) at the property before you Check Out. A $35.00 Replacement Fee Will Be Charged For Each Missing Beach Pass. • Remember to uninstall Netflix and Disney or the next guests will have access to those channels and could potentially rent movies, shows, etc. We do not check for guest installed channels. • Lock all doors and windows. • Be Sure Everyone Has Their Belongings (AirPods, Car Keys, Bathing Suits, Jackets, Shoes, etc.). Check All Closets, Drawers, Nightstands, Washer and Dryer, Couches and Under the Bed. • Close the main entry door firmly and hit any button on the keypad to lock it.
