Gracie's Place is intentionally dog-friendly and a great place for the whole family to explore the town of Woodstock and the Shenandoah Valley. Three porches, a private back patio, and a gourmet kitchen mean you can enjoy staying in as much as going out. Walk to brewery, bakery, restaurants, and shops. No dog fees, no breed/size restrictions, multiple dogs welcome, plus toys, treats, bowls, crates provided. Hiking, wineries, river, mountains, antiquing, battlefields, and history abound. The space Gracie's Place has wood floors throughout the home. Built in the 1920s, this Sears Roebuck house has stood the test of time. Each room has its own heat/AC setting that guests can adjust for their comfort. There are room-darkening blinds in all of the bedrooms (except the third floor optional bedroom which has two small windows, plus skylights) The optional fourth bedroom (additional $25/night fee) on the third floor is carpeted. It's spacious and bright with multiple skylights, two twin beds, and a half bath. Guest access All of the house, porches, and back patio. The fourth bedroom/half bath on the third floor is available upon request for an additional $25/night. Other things to note If you want to use the additional fourth bedroom on the third floor, please message the hosts. You'll receive a fee request after you book that you'll need to pay before arrival.
