It has 3 very spacious bedrooms, with a balcony and ocean views, in addition to a sofa bed in the common area and a service room. The first with a king-size bed and sofa bed, the second with a bunk bed that has 2 queen-size beds and a single bed, the third with a queen-size bed and sofa bed Each room has a full bathroom and there is also 1 half bathroom on the main floor and another half bathroom on the roof garden. It has a very large closet and safe for your use. Also upstairs there is a room with a king size bed with air conditioning. Both share a full bathroom that serves the two bedrooms. Downstairs is another bedroom with a double bed also with AC, fan and closet. Downstairs there is another full bathroom that serves this bedroom and the common area of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for a good vacation with a dishwasher and laundry center. The living room is a relaxing and social area with a TV and high-speed internet and pool view It has wifi, dishes for up to 6 people, kitchen utensils, a washer and dryer, bath and pool towels, and the necessary amenities such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. Guest access Guests of both apartments can use the PH pool, and the beach amenities, which are for the use of all guests of both buildings. Each building has its own pool, so the common pool of the Kite building can only be used by the guests of the PH, while the pool of the Terra building can only be used by the guests of the same. That is, guests can coincide in the private pool of the PH and on the beach, but they will not be able to do so in the common pools of each building. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION Due to the nature of the destination, we include a consumption of 100 kw per day for the PH and 65 kw per day for the other apartment, enough for normal use of air conditioners and electricity. Any extra consumption will cost $6 per KW and will be charged at check-out. The pool is heated in case you want to have it warmer than room temperature and has an additional cost for the electricity used to heat it (approximately $1,000 per day). Visitors or guests are prohibited by the complex's administrative regulations, so any requested entry will be processed at an extra guest cost. For stays longer than one week, at least one weekly cleaning will be carried out, which will be charged at $1,200 to the customer, to change sheets and towels, and keep the apartment in optimal condition.
