Pool, pond and paradise cottage at PGA National!

Welcome to golf paradise at PGA National! This idyllic scenery is perfect for families and vacationers of all kinds. The community pool is a short walk away and yours to access over the course of your stay. While amenities like golf and tennis are members-only, you can access the Spa through purchase on the Resort Pass app. You're just 15 minutes from Juno Beach and a 20-30 minute Palm Beach Int'l airport, Peanut Island and downtown West Palm Beach. Welcome to paradise! The space This convenient and relaxing townhome features two bedrooms and two baths, situated as the end unit in a row of homes. You'll find this place private and quiet. As you enter the home, you'll notice the open floor plan which has a dining table for five, an office nook, bar cart area and living room directly ahead. The office nook has a comfortable desk chair and a monitor, great for getting some work done if needed. To the right of the entrance the kitchen, with a kitchen hole that overlooks the dining area. To the left of the home is the first bedroom with two full sized beds and a private bathroom. A closet and dressers leave plenty of room for storing your belongings during your stay. Off of the living room is the master bedroom to the left. Here, two king beds fit comfortably next to the private bathroom. Plenty of closet space and dressers are available for use. There is a also a TV as well. The living room is comfortably laid out, overlooking the peaceful scenery outside of well-manicured landscaping and a pond. A large L-shaped couch is flanked by two oversized swivel chairs. There is a large TV and overhead fan so you can enjoy company together. Sliding glass doors allow you to exit on two sides of the house to the outside patios. Enjoy grilling outside while you take in the tranquil surroundings or sit in the outdoor chairs while you sip your morning coffee. Guest access Our home is located in an idyllic golf community, PGA National. In this community, you'll find a blend of permanent residents, vacationers and golf enthusiasts. There is a guard station you'll pass when accessing the property. For your security, the primary guest's name will be added to the registry for the purposes of providing ID when entering between the hours of 9pm and 6am as an extra precaution.
