The space The studio is located on the property along with a house, 2 car garage, water shed, an RV, and an old chicken coop. The units are rented as vacation rentals as well and are approximately 100-200 feet away from each other. **This property is off grid so we do get propane and water trucked in. The water tank is up on the hill a big black tank just feel the side of the tank and it will be Hot and once you reach the water level it should be cooler.
