Independent house. Access with stairs There are stairs inside the house. One for the mezzanine (double bedroom) and one for the kitchen and bathroom. Garage and shared gate. The space When you go up the stairs that give access to the house, you reach a balcony with a door that allows you privacy. When you enter through the main door, you have access to the house, to the left the double bed and a mezzanine, with another bed and a retractable bed, access to the stairs that lead to the mezzanine and also to the kitchen, and the bathroom on the upper floor. The kitchen is complete, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a small built-in barbecue. The house is well ventilated in a quiet and safe environment. There is air conditioning in the rooms.
