Le gîte du Lynx, hot tub and pool

This vacation rental was created in an old barn, with quality materials and has everything you need for your comfort. Note that the 2nd bedroom is a cabin in an alcove of the main room (see photos). Kids love it and adults can sleep there too. You have a private spa, a shared pool, a magnificent view of the Jura Bresse. Many trails start from the cottage. Nearby: must-see tourist sites and highway access. The space The heating system consists of new generation electric heaters and there is a towel radiator in the bathroom. You also have a self-regulating smart water heater. Please be reasonable with the heating and the length of showers. Guest access The cottage is on one level, there is a parking space in front of the entrance of the cottage. Other things to note Please provide a deposit check of €500 (or cash if you don't have a check). There is a classic coffee maker and a Malongo pod maker. You have a private terrace area, a private spa. We give you access to our gym (see schedules and rules posted on site). In addition, note that the pool is shared( with us and possibly our guests). For a cold rental, (from a week) , count €10 per additional day of heating, to be paid on-site. Always for long-term rentals, and ONLY in this case, the spa will be shared with us. I accept a dog for free but with my prior agreement (there are conditions) but not cats because unfortunately allergic. Your dog does not climb on beds or sofas (I may have allergic vacationers). Your dog cannot stay alone in the cottage unless you have a cage. He doesn't have access to the pool or the hot tub. (I've already been asked!) Small technical details regarding hygiene products: there is always a roll of toilet paper upon your arrival, but plan your reservations for your stay! I don't provide shower gel. Cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, sponge, cleaning products) are provided. Contact me for long stays (from 2 weeks) , so I can offer you a special offer. Monthly discount is not valid in high season We have 2 dogs that do not access your outdoor space (electric fence). You will sometimes see them because our garden adjoins the outdoor space of the Cottage. Please do not ask them.
