Le gîte du Lynx, hot tub and pool

This cottage was created in an old barn, with quality materials. You'll have everything you need. Note that the 2nd bedroom is a cabin in an alcove of the main room (see photos). Children love it and adults can also sleep there. You have a private spa, a BBQ, a shared pool, and a magnificent view of the Bresse Jurassienne. Many trails start from the cottage. Nearby: must-see tourist sites and highway access. The space The heating system consists of new generation electric heaters and there is a towel radiator in the bathroom. You also have a self-regulating smart water heater. Please be reasonable with the heating and the length of showers. Guest access The cottage is on one level, there is a parking space in front of the entrance of the cottage. Other things to note Please provide a deposit check of €500 (or cash if you don't have a check). The beds will be made upon your arrival, and I provide one shower towel per person, two dish towels, and a bath mat. There is a classic coffee maker and a Malongo pod coffee maker. You have a private terrace area and a private spa. We give you access to our gym (see the hours and rules posted on site) as well as to the pétanque court (we lend the balls). Also, note that the pool is shared (with us and possibly our guests). For a rental during the cold season (for one week or more), add €10 per day for heating, to be paid on site. Also for long-term rentals, and ONLY in this case, the hot tub will be shared with us. I accept a dog free of charge but with my prior agreement (there are conditions), but not cats because unfortunately I am allergic. Your dog must not climb on beds or sofas (I may have guests with allergies). Your dog cannot stay alone in the cottage unless you have a crate. It does not have access to the pool or the spa. (I've already been asked!) Small technical details regarding hygiene products: there is always a roll of toilet paper when you arrive, but bring your own supplies for your stay! I do not provide shower gel. Cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, sponge, cleaning products) are provided. Contact me for longer stays (from 2 weeks) so that I can make you a special offer. The monthly discount is not valid in high season We have 2 dogs who do not have access to your outdoor space (electric fence), so they never go around the pool. You will sometimes see them because our garden is adjacent to the outdoor space of the Cottage. Please do not approach them.
