Newly renovated and furnished with relaxation in mind, this 2-bedroom, 2 full bath condo is located adjacent to the peaceful tree line, which means you can enjoy breakfast or a good book on the balcony with the sounds of nature beside you. If you’d rather be binge-watching your favorite show, grab a remote to one of the 3 smart TVs (living, master, bed 2). The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, private full bath and plenty of storage space. Bedroom 2 includes a queen- and full-sized bed, wall mounted TV and full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials as well as the extras (Keurig, crock pot, blender, hand-mixer, pitchers and more) so you can enjoy homemade favorites during your stay. Should you want to head out for meals, Mariners Landing offers The Landing Restaurant (waterfront, indoor/outdoor seating located at The Pointe), Bottles & Bites (seasonal, light fare, cocktails, live music and events) and Bruno’s Clubhouse Bistro (located adjacent to pro shop at the Country Club). Stop by Mariners Marketplace to grab a small gift, ice cream treat, Starbucks Coffee drink or ready-to-eat food item. SML offers numerous options for great dining sure to satisfy any appetite! HOUSE RULES Located in Mariners Village, a 5-building complex in Mariners Landing. This is a quiet area and includes full-time residents. Please be respectful and observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Absolutely no parties allowed. Minimum age to rent—25 years. This is a non-smoking rental. No exceptions. NO PETS are allowed. This includes ESAs. *Owner with severe allergies.* Under VA law, public accommodations are not required to allow ESAs. Please contact owner if traveling with a service animal. There are several pet-friendly rentals available in the area. If there is any evidence of pets or ESAs, you will be charged a $250 pet/cleaning fee and be asked to vacate immediately.
