Fireworks are also prohibited. Because we have close neighbors, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. All sheets and duvet covers are laundered between guest stays. Smoke and CO detectors as well as fire extinguisher gauges are checked for functionality. EXTENDED STAYS longer than 2 WEEKS, inquire about DISCOUNT FEES? *Smoke/Marijuana smell in home: $200 Fee.
