Our long-term rental home is in a green, quiet, family-friendly area. This is a single-story home that is great for anyone that has mobility issues and safe for little ones. Our unit is unfurnished and is a long-term option. Pricing does not include utilities. Swimming pool is a 2 minute walk. Golf course is on site (for a fee). We are also a few minutes away from many stores and restaurants. Easy low-traffic access to several freeways and quick departure out of the city. Welcome home! The space Our single-story 2-bedroom, 2 bath townhouse has a front and back yard areas. Handicap friendly. Great space for kids to play. Golf course is right outside. Master bedroom has it's own bathroom. Our home is currently not furnished. Guest access The whole house except 1 storage room, 1 shed and 1 closet.
