It has a kitchen-dining room, 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 complete bathrooms, one of them adapted for people with physical disabilities and two spacious living rooms with a fireplace. The house, surrounded by fruit trees and lush vegetation typical of the area, is on the same Santiago Way. Located on Mount Santa Bárbara, on the same Cantabrian coastline, its location offers magnificent views of Getaria, as well as an exceptional panoramic view of the sea.
