Studio cottage with Loggia

All year round, discover our cottage, located at the foot of the village of Venasque in Provence (labeled Les Plus Beaux Villages de France) that can accommodate 2 to 3 people, with independent entrance, kitchenette, small living room, and bedroom within the same space. Guests can take advantage of the shared pool and private parking (car and secure bike). We welcome you all year round, to allow you to discover the richness of our land throughout the seasons. The space THE GITE: Our studio gîte with terrace (about 30 m2) offers you the comfort and warm atmosphere of Provence, and can accommodate up to 3 people. With a separate entrance, this cottage offers 3 single beds (2 of which can be assembled into a double bed). Your space also includes a dining area, a private bathroom (renovated in 2025), as well as private toilets. You'll also have air conditioning. Outside, you can enjoy your private flowered terrace with umbrella, table and chairs, as well as the beautiful shared pool. KITCHEN & AMENITIES: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishes, dish towels, and household products. A TV is also available as well as Wi-Fi. Guest access The cottage is located at 142 route de Carpentras in Venasque, at the foot of the village. Very easy to access, it has free parking on site, allowing you to park your vehicle with peace of mind. From Carpentras, it takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the cottage. If you are arriving from Avignon, the journey takes about 40 minutes. Once there, you can enjoy a quiet and natural setting, ideal for recharging your batteries while staying close to the region's amenities and must-see sites. Other things to note BREAKFAST: For an extra €12/person/breakfast, enjoy a tasty continental breakfast, homemade with local products. SHEETS AND TOWELS: We can provide you with linens, an additional €5/night will be charged. CLEANING: All necessary materials and products are at your disposal for cleaning the cottages upon your departure. If you prefer not to do so, you will be charged an additional €50/cottage. PAYMENT METHOD: Credit Card, Checks, Cash, Vacation Checks, Bank Transfer. ELECTRICITY: Included in the price of the reservation within the limit of reasonable use, supplement payable by the tenant only for the purpose of deterring misuse of air conditioning (doors and windows open)
