Retreat Studio with Patio and Full Kitchen

This retreat studio features a private patio space with lots of things to do and explore close by. It’s located 1 mile from Baywood Park. 8 miles from Montaña de Oro State Park-ample hiking and walking options against a beautiful backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and Eucalyptus trees. 10 minute drive to Morro Bay, the ocean and you can see seals and otters. 15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. 25 minute drive to Edna Valley or 45 mins north to Paso Robles vineyards and wine tasting. The space Inside this cozy unit, you’ll be greeted by a queen size bed, with comfortable memory foam mattress. (For a party of 3 I will provide a rollaway twin bed with a memory foam mattress.) The fully equipped kitchen features a standard-size refrigerator and stove range as well as ample cookware for your convenience. You can also take advantage of a small BBQ grill to cook outside if that appeals to you. Please note that when you open the door from the patio, you will pass through my laundry room (hidden behind a gray curtain, the washing machine and dryer are NOT for guest use.) The door with the electronic key pad (Yale) lock is your entrance into the apartment. The unit has no shared walls with the main house. Guest access Your private experience includes:

Other things to note - Driving is the best way to get around and fully enjoy the Central Coast. - You’ll get a designated space for your vehicle directly in front of the private entrance. - The unit has no shared walls with the main house. - This kitchen is fully equipped. - This is a great option for visiting nurses or traveling Cal Poly Faculty. Short or long-term stays.
