We are biologists dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of wildlife. With your stay, you support our conservation and environmental education project. You can also request a guided tour to learn more about our work and the wildlife of Palenque. The space Spacious, airy, and bright room, ideal for relaxing surrounded by nature. It features 2 queen-size beds, a private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, a minibar, a hairdryer, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each room has its own terrace with a sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets amid the rainforest. From there, you can hear the howler monkeys roaring and the birds singing. In the gardens, it is common to be visited by free-roaming wildlife: deer, toucans, macaws, and a wide variety of tropical birds that make each stay at Los Susurros unique. Guest access Guests have access to all the common areas of the property: a fully equipped shared kitchen, a dining terrace, tropical gardens, and spaces to relax in contact with nature. We also have safe parking inside the property. The gardens are the heart of Los Susurros— a tranquil space where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the jungle awaken. During your stay We love welcoming travelers from different parts of the world and making them feel right at home. As part of your stay, we offer you a tour of our EMU (Environmental Management Unit), where you can learn about our project to rescue and rehabilitate howler monkeys and spider monkeys. During the tour, you will receive an environmental education talk about illegal wildlife trafficking, the rehabilitation process, and how we prepare the animals for their release into the jungle. We are also happy to help you with recommendations on places to visit, restaurants, transportation, tours, and everything you need to make the most of your stay in Palenque.
