The space The main living areas are on street level: a charming open kitchen/family room, the dining room, formal living room (with a fireplace and piano), a powder room, and a guestroom with a Queen bed, ensuite bath and shower. Upstairs you’ll find an oceanview office and the master suite (King bed)—along with a private bath with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, two lavs and a separate toilet compartment. Downstairs, guests can choose between the “bunk room” with a full bed and a twin, or a guest room with a full bed (these rooms share a hallway bath with a tub/shower). Other things to note Extended Stay Cleaning: The listed cleaning fee covers stays up to 30 days. Longer stays naturally require more in-depth cleaning due to additional dust and wear, so a small incremental adjustment applies at 45-days, 60-days, and so on.
