The space Our house has two comfortable living room areas, a finished basement with a third living area and 3/4 bath, a window-lined dining area, and full kitchen for cooking. Four bedrooms and 4.5 baths (the main bedroom has a soaking tub) mean plenty of space for a family or two. The first floor includes an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Two bedrooms (one with an attached bath, soaking tub, 50" television, fireplace, and king bed) are down the hall for privacy. The second floor also has a common space with a ping pong table, large tv, fireplace, wet bar, and two additional bedrooms. The finished basement includes a futon and access to the back patio, garage and outdoor shower. Our house also has three decks, along with AC, three televisions, and many modern amenities. We've stocked the family room with classic beach books, puzzles, and games for kids and adults. Our home is located on a quiet country road with minimal traffic. There is a large yard for reading, playing, relaxing, and tossing a frisbee or ball. You hear the waves from nearby South Shore Beach from the house as you relax on the deck with your morning coffee or sip a cocktail in the evening. Pets possible.
