Studio Apt w/ pool - quick walk to town

The perfect edge of town apartment for two. For those who prefer to walk, this is the perfect spot with restaurants and shops within close proximity. We are a very short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars along Front Street in Hamilton. This unit is a self-contained apartment within our house. We have 3 apartment like this within our home. This means with a total of 3 studios, we have accommodation for up to 6 guests. Head to the back patio and enjoy the heated pool year round. The space Just a short walk from the center of town is our home and guest apartment. The apartment has a private entrance leading to a main bedroom with an adjacent kitchenette, and en-suite bath. Queen size bed. Within the closet is everything else you might need such as an iron, hair dryer, lots of towels, soaps, a cooler bag, beach mats and beach towels. The large bedroom has a plasma TV, DVD, AC and Wifi. In the winter, linens include a down comforter. In the summer the large windows, ceiling fan and air-conditioning will provide cool relief. Perfect for the business traveler or vacation seeker looking for something a bit different. If you are visiting for sporting events, we are a 7 minute walk to the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, and a 5 minute scooter ride to the National Stadium for World Rugby Classic. Vacationers renting scooters can drive to all the South Shore beaches in about 15 minutes during the day, and walk to all the bars and restaurants in the evening in about 10 minutes. We have parking available for scooters only. The kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and all needed plates and cutlery. If you are arriving late, just ask and we'll be happy to get a few grocery essentials in for you. The grocery and liquor stores are less than 200 meters around the corner and are open till 7pm most evenings. If you need a load of laundry done, please just ask. We don't have a separate washer and dryer for guest use but we're happy to do a load for you. Sorry, strict limit of 2 people only. Transportation from the airport can be arranged. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance, en-suite bathroom, private kitchenette, Wifi, local phone, cable TV, laundry service available. The pool and common patio area are around the back of the house. The pool is heated year round for everyone to enjoy. Parking for scooters is available. Other things to note This apartment is part of our home. We live here. There is the noise of daily life. During the week we are up and out of the house early. Morning noise starts about 6:45 and ends by 7:30am. We are home by about 5pm and usually we are lights out before 9pm. ONLY guests who have been identified at the the time of booking will be allowed to stay. Free parking is available for scooters only.
