Welcome to The Sweet-Tart Spot, a cozy downtown TC Condo with its own Private and secure Entrance. It is located directly on the Tart biking/walking trail just a short ride into town! Sweet-Tart is the perfect base for exploring all that Traverse City has to offer, from the beautiful beaches and parks to the vibrant downtown area that is very dog friendly if you want to bring your best pal along! So if it is to wine down or hangout TC has it! The space Full stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, cups and wine glasses! Everything you need to be a master chef while on vacation! Master Bedroom with modern amenities, super soft cotton sheets that will truly show you you're on vacation. We provide a 43 inch Smart TV for your viewing pleasure while winding down for the evening. Cozy living room comes with a queen sofa for the kids or extra adults you might bring (Max occupancy is 4) but we provide extra pillows and blankets to set it up to be comfortable for all the extra people staying with you. 55 inch Smart TV is also available for use with all the connectivity needed on those rainy days! Walkin from the master bathroom is equipped with all essential bath towels that are super soft! We provide a hairdryer, makeup towels and basic paper products while you stay with us! Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash gel are also available as well! Extra Bonus items include unit washer and dryer, Elevator on the south end of the building, Balcony to enjoy a sip or two of your favorite beverage, indoor secure bike storage on every floor, and pets allowed for those that want to enjoy TC with their best friend! Please note that all guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Book this modern vacation home perfect for a comfortable stay! Guest access The building is state of the art and super secure with key codes both to enter the building and the condo unit itself with electronic locks for easy self check-in. Large Parking lot with free parking. For Elevator access use a door on the south side of the building. Other things to note If you are staying for more than 14 days, we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee, and charge through the platform you booked on or through our credit card services depending how you booked. One pet is allowed under 75 lbs on the property during your stay for a one time $100 fee. Please choose 1 pet or check the pet box when specifying the number of guests and the fee is automatically included.
