The space Bright, Welcoming Condo with Modern Comforts As you step through the front door, you’ll be greeted by a bright, open-concept space designed for comfort and relaxation. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating around a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day out. There’s also a dedicated office area if you need to catch up on work, making it easy to blend business with pleasure during your stay. The dining area provides ample space for meals or entertaining, and the large peninsula offers additional room to spread out—whether you’re enjoying a casual meal, working on your laptop, or sipping cocktails with friends. Guest access You will have private access to the entire below street level area including the unique brick courtyard. Enter through the gate on the right side. A Smart Lock connected with your Airbnb reservation will have your unique entry code provided on the day of check-in. You will be on Floor 1 of a 3-Story Townhouse. The upstairs unit is 2 stories with Floors 2 and 3 and someone living there full time. Additionally, this is a duplex townhome with ours being on the right side of the building. You will enter through the gate on the right side and go down the stairs to the brick courtyard and your alcove entry. Other things to note This is a duplex unit. The townhouse on the left is also occupied full-time. Parking is on the street in front of the unit or in the parking lot around back. There is no access from the unit to the parking lot in back.
