Be ready for an amazing vacation when staying in our beautiful home! Located in the exclusive gated community of Sonoma Resort, a brand-new vacation rental resort located next to ""The Loop"", a premier shopping and entertainment mecca, just 10 minutes from Disney parks, as upscale brand outlets, malls and numerous championship golf courses… The space This amazing home was beautifully decorated having practicality and comfort in mind. This home has 15 well-appointed bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom, flat-screen TV,and minibar. The beds in all rooms can be set up as King bed or Two twin size bed which are perfect for groups or large families. The open floor concept is very inviting and comfortable, featuring a large couch and two armchairs in the living room facing the pool (heating is an optional paid service). The kitchen is all about convenience. Large kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, luxurious granite countertop, and state-of-the-art white cabinets… If you prefer there is also a cozy lounge on the second floor in case you want additional space to work on your computer, have a coffee, or simply enjoy your time with others! For your convenience, this home also features a game/cinema room with a large screen and snooker table for a movie or simply a friendly competition. The pool (heating is an optional paid service) and spa are welcoming so you can swim, have a barbecue, or simply relax outside all day long! We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist. Free WiFi is provided throughout the home so you can stay connected! Also included: - Iron, washer & dryer - BBQ grill at no additional cost - Pack’ n Play and highchair available upon request with no extra cost (If a second Pack ‘n Play or highchair is needed, an additional fee of $35 will apply) - Pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee of $135 per pet applies only if bringing pets - Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions) - Parking: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for 6 or 7 vehicles, depending on their size, as long as they do not block or touch the sidewalk and any grass area. IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. There is a parking lot available for any additional vehicles next to the pool and amenity area. - In the case of work retreats or similar group trips, we can provide a conference-style setup in the theater room with tables and chairs. If you require this arrangement, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate accordingly. Please note that there is an additional $100 setup fee for this service. Guest access Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Casago Orlando does not have a 24-hour check-in desk. You have sole access to your entire Home. At Sonoma Resort, you will also have year-round access to a great variety of amenities. A fitness center keeps your workout routine on-track, a community pool and a kid's play area that keeps the little ones occupied while you work out. Other things to note We are happy to share that we are not only following the recommended cleaning guidelines but we hired the services of the Healthy Building Certificate (HBC) to train our cleaning staff, implement all recommended safety procedures and certify that all sanitation requirements are correctly executed. Our goal is to guarantee a safe stay for you, your family and friends by doing what we really like: making our guests feel at home! We provide a small starter kit, which includes: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 hand soap per bathroom 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom 1 sponge in the kitchen 1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen 1 paper towel in the kitchen 1 laundry detergent 1 garbage bag Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the condo. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
