The Kofel apartment on the second floor is around 75 square meters and is designed for two to five people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A large living room kitchen with a kitchenette, dining area and a seating area with a couch as well as a balcony to the east. The main season is during the Pentecost holidays, summer holidays, autumn holidays and Christmas holidays in the respective federal states. The off-season is during the carnival and Easter holidays of the respective federal states. May, June and September are also considered off-season, but outside the holiday season.
