The space The standard 2 bedroom Presidential units are about 1070 square feet with 2 separate bedrooms with a King bed in each room. There are also Presidential Ocean View units at the property that are about 200 square feet larger. These units have a King in 1 bedroom, a Queen in the 2nd and a Queen sleeper sofa. Both unit types have similar decors, which vary slightly, but have higher end finishes and full kitchens. This is a vacation ownership property so the exact view from the unit is not guaranteed, since the individual units are assigned at check-in. If you reserve an Ocean View unit, however, there will be a view of the ocean from the unit. Other things to note For all guests staying at this property: *A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. *U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in. *The Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels of Sargassum seaweed this season.
