The farm is located in a rural neighborhood in the city of Pouso Alegre, south of Minas Gerais, 30 meters from the MG-179 highway that gives access to the city center of Pouso Alegre (10 minutes by car) and the city of Alfenas (100 km). The property is 15 minutes from Serra Sul Shopping in Pouso Alegre. From the capital of São Paulo, the distance is approximately 220 km. (WE DO NOT PROVIDE BATH TOWELS) *Fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, TV with satellite dish. *Covered laundry area outside: equipped with 1 washing machine and 2 tanks. *Wi-Fi: 5 Mbps (Radio signal) * Cellular Signal: 3g/4g from TIM. *Covered garage for 2 cars and ample outdoor space for up to 10 cars, depending on size. (Cars with a maximum height of 1.90 m) Other things to note * Guests must bring bath towels. * The cleaning fee does not include dishes and/or kitchen utensils. Therefore, it is the guest's responsibility to wash the dishes and kitchen utensils that were used during the stay before checking out. It is not necessary to dry or store the dishes and utensils, just clean them. • Pets: a maximum of 4 pets are allowed. Pet feces and urine MUST be cleaned up!
