Situated in a charming neighborhood, this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath residence is perfect for guests. Recently renovated, it features exposed brick walls, a kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a rainfall shower, a two-person tub, and a spacious shared deck. Conveniently walkable to Hopkins Hospital, Fells Point, Canton, and Patterson Park. A quick Uber ride to Inner Harbor, stadiums, Mt. Vernon, and Hampden. Local residents:- no parties, events. No pets. The house has two levels for living space, and with a washer/dryer in the basement. The first floor has a flat screen tv on a swivel mount with a convertible couch/futon. The kitchen has new appliances and has a breakfast bar where you can sit your laptop or drink your coffee. A four person dining table is also there as well as a powder room. Outside the back door of the first floor is a shared 450 square foot deck and grill. Upstairs, you will find a small front bedroom with a full size bed and a flat screen smart tv. (There is no cable in the house, but you have access to Netflix, apps). In the master bedroom, you have another smart flat screen tv as well as a deck for your morning coffee with a view of the garden. Right off the bedroom is a large bathroom with a huge soaking tub and a rainfall shower. We have a regular drip coffee. The house and deck are not to be used for any parties nor events. No exceptions. No baby showers, reunions etc. No more than 4 people. Locals, absolutely no events are allowed. We have free neighborhood parking, and it is pretty easy to find a spot. Just be careful of street cleaning days (some weekdays). The street we live on is a quiet alley street with no parking out front. There is a keypad lock so you will not have to deal with keys. No parties. No smoking of any kind inside. You have two decks outside to smoke whatever you want. I live right next door, and when I am in town, I am happy to assist you with anything, but leave you total privacy. I am also always available by text. We share the deck. If you want extra privacy or company, feel free to let me know. If we are out back, you are always welcome to join us. No parties. No events. No smoking in the house. There is a security camera on the downstairs deck. If you want to use the gas grill. Make sure you shut it off on tank and dial. And, clean the grill after use. Butchers Hill is one of the most beautiful parts of Baltimore. The architecture is amazing, and we have a large, wonderful park with tennis courts, a public pool, lake, and more. You are very close to Johns Hopkins Hospital, as well as the bars and restaurants of Canton, Fells Point and HarborEast. We have three great restaurants just around the corner. We also now have cafe lights on many blocks in the neighborhood. No parties. No events. No more than 5 people. Locals, remember no parties. I live next door. There are plenty of buses, and the Hopkins subway stop is walking distance. Uber/Lyft comes fast. We also have a plethora of motor scooters available for transport. Walkable to Fells and Harbor etc. We have four grocery stores fairly close: Aldi's, Safeway, Harris Teeter, and Whole Foods. Please no parties/no events/ no get-togethers, and no outside guest without asking. No more than 5 people. No smoking in the house. There is a motion security camera out back, and a Ring doorbell out front. The deck camera records all the time. The Ring doorbell will record for 20 seconds if it senses motion. No pets
