You will enjoy the spacious open floor plan that make's you feel right at home, at the Northeast end of Buckeye Lake. Everything is better at the Lake! The space Spacious open floor plan! The first floor features a main living area connected to a furnished walk-out patio, comfortable couches, large bathroom with a dream double walk in shower, stocked laundry room, industrial ice machine, massive kitchen island, dining area, & a large kitchen fully stocked with all of the essentials including cookware, plates, glasses, a coffee maker, Keurig, and blender & more! The second floor features a master bedroom with a king bed connected to an connected master bathroom with soaking tub and shower, a walk-in closet, wet bar and a full walk-out furnished deck. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor each with double beds and access to one half bath. Outdoor amenities feature a large waterfront yard, 2 patios connected to the house with beautiful lake views, one sundeck patio overlooking the lake with a boat dock, fire pit, and outdoor propane grill. Guest access Parking for 2 to 4 vehicles (depending on vehicle size) is in rear of home, entry is through the back door off of the driveway. Other things to note *Important* Please include boat or watercraft type and size in your reservation inquiry. All boats and watercraft must be approved by host prior to arrival. Dock slips will be onsite at check in and must be displayed on watercraft while docked at all times. Please respect Buckeye Lake, neighbors, & fellow boaters. Boat trailer parking available for an additional overnight fee. MAX BOAT LENGTH FOR DOCKS IS 25 ft - no exceptions -
