Kick back and relax in our unique, spacious, and comfortable home with private pool and Amish farmland views for days! The home is filled with natural light and has multiple decks, a gorgeous open living/kitchen/dining area PLUS an enormous great room filled with windows, 3 bedrooms on 3 separate levels, 3 full bathrooms AND 2 full kitchens, making it perfect for family and friends who are looking for a place to gather for quality time and ultimate relaxation. The space **Pool will be open until October 1** Guests will find plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside the house. Each bedroom is on its own floor and each floor has a bathroom (the master on 3rd floor is an ensuite bathroom). Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck and take in the view. While away the rest of the day on the super private pool deck which gets full sun from about 12-3 and gets good shade the rest of the day. (Pool is 4 feet deep and unheated). At night you will probably hear the owls down in the hollow! Rainy day no problem, the entire group can gather on the massive leather couch in the great room and listen to the rain fall on the skylights. Put on a movie for the kids and the adults can play cards at the rattan table. Perfection. Two families vacationing together may appreciate the 2 full kitchens (one on main floor one on ground level) allowing freedom to cook and enjoy meals on their own schedules if desired, although there is ample seating on the main floor for everyone to eat together. Listen for the klip klop of hooves and watch the Amish buggies roll by. If you are lucky you will be here on a day when they are working the fields, a truly delightful thing to watch; from this house it is a cinematic experience. You will not want to leave! Guest access Guests have full access to the decks, pool, and all unlocked rooms in the house on all 3 floors. There are some areas of the home where we store personal items and these doors will be locked and inaccessible for guests. We do not recommend guests use the backyard as it is very steep and has a drop off with no railing. Other things to note The house is built into a hillside. The lot is fairly steep. The backyard is especially steep and is not recommended to be used by guests. There is plenty of deck and porch space to enjoy! The ground floor of the house is an in-law quarters with a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and a living room with a queen size sofa bed. This is where you will enter the home and it is accessed directly from the driveway without any steps. Perfect for groups with individuals with limited mobility. To access the rest of the house there are steps. We have driveway parking for 3 cars max. 8 guests max (not including infants). Any inquiries for more than 8 will be declined. There is a crib in one of the bedrooms as well as a pack n play in another bedroom for you to use wherever you would like.
