We are renting out our calm and peaceful yet centrally located fully-equipped city abode just a 5-minute walk to Plaça Espanya, Sants & Hostafrancs. The apartment was lovingly renovated in 2023 to maximize style and modern comfort. Everything is brand new and of top quality. Stay for a minimum of 32 nights up to 6 months (possibility for longer). The space The apartment has tonnes of character being in a listed building built in the 1930s with original features such as the exposed brick wall and the Catalan vault ceiling. We love that the local area has a friendly neighborhood feel, within walking distance to downtown Barcelona and a 20-minute bus ride to the airport from the doorstep. The apartment is set up for remote working with a solid oak desk, an ergonomic adjustable office stool, high-speed WiFi, and a monitor to connect your laptop. There is a double bedroom with a 160cm bed and a single bedroom making it ideal for a couple who want to invite a friend to stay over now and then or two friends sharing. Guest access You will have private access to the whole apartment during your stay as well as the communal rooftop terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views of Barcelona. Other things to note - There are beams at 1.80m in the living room/kitchen therefore if you are 1.80m tall or more please consider this when booking our place. - There is a house alarm system installed that includes security cameras. These security cameras are only activated when the house alarm is activated, which we insist you do when you leave the apartment unoccupied. We respect your right to privacy. - The bedrooms face onto the internal patio and while there are windows that open to let in fresh air, the natural light is minimal in the bedrooms. To compensate for that we have designed the lighting well. It also means you will have the best sleep of your life!
