The Farmhouse is built with solid wood floors and solid wood shiplap walls. Decorated with real antiques and Texas décor. High end granite and kitchen countertops, tile showers with old school touches everywhere. It's a blend of new and old including sliding barn style doors. Open floor plan in the main part of the house with a 22' floor to ceiling great room and a loft. All bedrooms have their own TVs with remotes. 65" flat screen in the living room. You and your guests will need to bring your bath, kitchen, and river/pool towels. The rental will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash bags, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom. Guests are responsible for bringing additional supplies. Towels are not provided but can be added for an additional fee.
