The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking, an outdoor shower, a community grill and is close to the community pool. The tiled main floor features the open living/dining/kitchen area, a shared bath, a beachfront deck, as well as a bedroom with twin beds and its own balcony. There are views galore, accentuated by 1 wall of mirrored glass. Relax on the comfy sofa, which opens into a queen sleeper, while watching the surf. The well equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare beachside feasts and the 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter and the rectangular dining table that seats 6 provide plenty of seating at mealtime. The white wicker furniture in the twin bedroom lends an airy beach vibe to this pretty room. The top floor which is beautifully carpeted features a laundry area, a shared bathroom and 2 bedrooms on each end – 1 features a queen bed and small deck, while the other is the master bedroom oasis with a vaulted ceiling and king bed, full private bathroom and private deck with captivating views from the wall of windows. Step out to the balcony, feel that ocean breeze and gaze out to our horizon. Beach views don't get any better than this! Read a good book or watch the pelicans dive for their dinner.
