Our apartment is located in Angra dos Reis in the Morada do Pontal condominium. It has a suite, toilet, living room, kitchen and comfortably accommodates 4 people. It has its own outdoor area with barbecue, tables and chairs. The condominium is quiet, safe, with preserved nature, has its own extremely well-kept beach with calm waters and natural shade from the trees 50m away. The condominium also offers showers and lighting near the beach, allowing sea bathing until the beginning of the evening. The space It is located in Angra dos Reis-RJ, inside the wooded and well-kept condominium (Morada do Pontal), with security guards and watchmen, including at night. The staff are long-time employees and very attentive to the residents. It is common to see children/teenagers riding bicycles, scooters or even playing among themselves on the condominium streets. The property has a very comfortable outdoor area with tables, chairs, barbecue and awning. It has air conditioning, a shower with hot water, and we provide bedding (sheets, quilts, and pillows for 4 people), bath (bath towel for 4 people and bathroom floor) and the necessary utensils for cooking. Guests can have meals in the outdoor area, contemplating nature, and even have a barbecue, always obeying the rules of good neighborliness. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and private beach with a shower on the beach and outside each block. Other things to note The condominium has its own beach and is very close to the apartment, you can see it from the window.
