The space The MBR is a queen bed, closet, dresser, and large window to nature. Pocket doors open to the living room surrounded by windows with striking views south, west, and north. The open kitchen enjoys the same views. There is a full bath and hidden laundry. Traditional banistered stairs lead to the loft space, also 600 sq feet. A queen bed, kitchenette, breakfast or art table, half bath, tuned piano, grand views, sky lights, antique barn beams, and a large flatscreen with streaming services. A couch and sitting area by the piano for non TV watchers, and a spare matress for an extra kiddo. Guest access The cottage is independent from our house and part of a large red barn. Guests have access to the apartment in the barn, a screened and open porch, The entire property of 13 acres, ponds, gardens, fields with walking paths, the outdoor in ground spa from April through November, the outdoor Sauna year round, and the cold flood rain shower and relaxation space from April 15 through November 15 Other things to note We expect our guests to treat the space as if they are visiting friends and to care for it. We do not charge a cleaning fee. Guests should leave the space 'broom clean' as described in the house rules. We do have cleaners to do finishing touches, toilets, and bed making.
