The space 950SF - HUGE two story penthouse suite at the historic St James Hotel. 2 private bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, kitchenette, sofa, small table, and laundry in room. One rollaway available. Please let owner know if you plan to use it, or it may not be available. Full kitchen on main floor stocked with breakfast essentials, dishes, tea&coffee. Common dining area, charcoal grill, patio with furniture. Guest access Guests will have access to their suite as well as the shared full kitchen, dining, patio, grill, 1/2bath on main, sitting area, parking, free wifi. Larger frig/freezer available to use upon request. Other things to note Please note this is a historic building with antique furniture, baseboard heat and older plumbing. No parties, excess guests are allowed unless you rent the entire hotel. Quiet hours 11-7. Not childproof or to code regarding windows/screens, furniture mounted to walls, etc. so not ideal for rambunctious or unsupervised children. Owner will not be liable for injury or damage from guest negligence.
