Plantation shutters and wood blinds on windows. Black out and light filtering curtains also in bedrooms. Tile floors. Carpet in bedrooms (replaced in 2022). All mattresses & pillows bought in 2023. Mattress pad encasements protect against spills & bed bug. Many other items & furniture new in 2023 including sofa and TV. Master has Roku TV in 2024. More likely to accept reservations of guests with 5-star ratings who have a record of taking care of homes they rent. Guest House (which shares the driveway) is also available on Airbnb. 2 BR/1 Bath/2-car with full Kitchen, Utility area, media loft upstairs, large yard & deck. Approx. 1,300 sq ft. 1 King (Jan. 2026) and 1 Queen upstairs. Call Host if you are renting Main House, then Hosts can wave Guest House 3 day minumum stay. Other things to note Pack & Play, child’s table & toys available upon request. Rate based on 6 guests. Additional fee of $25 per guest per night for up to 8 guests.
