RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The owner and manager of this property exercise all reasonable care to keep and maintain a safe and well-maintained property and accommodations. This is a waterfront property with proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Bay/Canal and as such there are water hazards such as marine life, submerged rocks and hazards and changing weather and sea state conditions which pose a potential risk of injury or death including drowning in the gulf, bay or canal. Use of floats, kayaks or other water craft and other water toys or devices has inherent risk and guest assumes all liability for the use and agrees to exercise appropriate safety measures and or devices. Use of dock is at your own risk. In addition, this property has multiple decks, railings, stairs and elevator which pose fall or injury risk. By agreeing to the rental agreement, the guest/renters and all guest to the property agree to hold harmless the owner and managers for liability associated with the above; and agree to assure that all occupants and guest read and understand house rules and precautions, exercise appropriate caution and hold harmless the owners and manager for any injury occurring on the property and surrounding waters. NOT ALLOWED: Pets of any kind are not allowed. No pets may be brought on to the property or into the house at any time. Noisy conditions of any kind, which disturb the neighbors, are not allowed. Loud parties or other disturbances are not allowed (Violation of the ban on pets, and noisy parties can be grounds to ask you to immediately leave the house and forfeit any rent or security deposit). Hookup or occupation of any motor home or camper on the property is not allowed. We also do not rent to college or high school student groups. Minimum renter age is 25. OTHER CONDITIONS: A set of house rules are attached, by signing this contract you agree to observe these rules and hold harmless the owners and manager of the property. The house is furnished, but you will need to bring all paper goods, groceries, soaps, and personal items. The rental agent and/or owner shall have the right of access to the property at any reasonable time to make certain terms of this rental agreement are being met, or for minor repairs
