Guest access Guests have access to the entire top and bottom portions of the duplex, easily accessible to one another via a staircase. Other things to note Please read prior to booking... No exterior steps when entering the home, inside the lower portion of the duplex. No steps, and a large standing shower - making this place a potential hotspot for elderly guests or folks with disabilities. The top portion of the duplex is accessible via a straight staircase. Please inquire for more details regarding space and egress. NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We DO NOT allow cooking with strong aromatic foods, such as curry or fish fry, as our guest turnover doesn't allow time to properly remove the smell. We do not have a designated area for this type of cooking on-premises. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250 or more. 🚨Important to Note:  Before you arrive, you’ll be contacted by our third-party provider, Truvi, to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver 🛡️. This step is meant to give you an extra layer of protection against any property damage during your stay.
