The bathroom the family room and laundry room. With a Full kitchen and the barbecue. The backyard and hot tub area are yours to enjoy . A TV over the hot tub .The suite is separate from upstairs so you have complete privacy downstairs. We are installing a brand new hot tub April 2024. This is a basement suite. this is our primary residence. We do have a business license for the full year, so don’t worry about booking and having your booking canceled.  Guest access 2 Private bedrooms, family room, bathroom, laundry room ,hot tub, barbecue.Large backyard with seating around hot tub. Please no suntan lotions or sunblocks in hot tub.With private entrance to the basement suite. Smoking is allowed anywhere outside please don’t smoke close to open doors or windows thank you Other things to note Your stay includes a drip coffee also tea ,water and juice..Ski big white 45 minutes away or take a shuttle from Willow Park Mall which is five minutes away from our house. In the summer enjoy Okanagan lake wine tours and much more. We are approximately 10 minutes from downtown Kelowna . And close to multiple golf courses.
