During your visit, you’ll enjoy: Plush towels, washcloths, and hand towels Soft linens and a cozy down comforter Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer Iron, ironing board, and starch (available upon request) A home security system for added peace of mind Filtered water right from the tap A Smart TV with local channels + quick access to your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Light kitchen access (microwave, coffee maker, filtered water, and fridge—no cooking please) A covered front porch and a side deck with comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors Ample free street parking directly in front of the house Washer & dryer access upon request Guest access You’ll have access to a private bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a full private bathroom — perfect for relaxing after a day in Raleigh. Please note that this is not a whole-home rental, and living room access is not included. You’re welcome to light use of the kitchen, which includes: Microwave Coffee maker Fridge (No cooking, please.) No tuna fish ever. Enjoy the covered front porch with cozy seating, ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. There is ample free street parking directly in front of the home. During your stay I’m happy to give guests all the privacy they want, while also enjoying the chance to connect whenever it feels natural. For safety and security, all communication must stay within the Airbnb app or through the phone number linked to your Airbnb account. If you won’t have access to either during your stay, please let me know at least 7 days in advance so we can make alternative arrangements. I’m always glad to help with restaurant recommendations, things to do, and insider tips. I also provide a detailed map of downtown Raleigh to help you explore the area with ease. Other things to note I have a strict no-additional-guests policy. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property at any time. Your safety is my top priority. Please make sure the front door is locked each time you arrive and each time you leave. If you’re unsure how to properly lock the door, just let me know — I’m always happy to help.
