Wonderful Villa Near the Sea

“Es Pí” is a Mallorcan-style villa located on the south coast of Mallorca. You can enjoy an unforgettable holiday surrounded by beautiful pine trees, stunning coves, and charming piers. Its location is also perfect, with Palma, El Arenal, and the airport just a short drive away. The space The villa features spacious terraces surrounded by beautiful pine trees and porches (500 m²). The house offers 4 double bedrooms (beds can be converted into singles), two bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a large living-dining room. Although it is a traditional Mallorcan summer house, the interior has been completely renovated, blending tradition with modern comfort, charm, and design. This way, you will enjoy a fully equipped home with everything you need for your next holiday. Guest access The villa is located in an exclusive residential area just 2 minutes’ walk from the sea, where you can choose among different coves and small harbors to swim, snorkel in crystal-clear waters, or simply relax in the sun. We recommend getting around by car, although there is also public transport close to the house with a direct connection to Palma. El Arenal is only a 5-minute drive away, perfect if you want to enjoy large sandy beaches. If you prefer a day of shopping, Palma is just 20 minutes away, after which you can return to the peace and comfort of the chalet. The upper floor is occupied by my mother and her partner, who live with a small dog and a cat.
