Home The villa has spacious terraces with beautiful pine trees and porches (500m2). The house has 4 double bedrooms with two bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious living room (the second floor is not rented, but is empty, no one will bother them). Despite being a typical Mallorcan summer it is completely renovated inside, thereby combining tradition and modernity, charm and design; offering a fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for your next vacation home. Environment The villa is located in an exclusive residential area close to the sea (2 min walk) and you can choose between different bays and jetties where you can swim, snorkel in crystal clear waters or just sunbathing. We recommend travel by car, although there is public transport very near the house that links directly to Palma. El Arenal is located only 5 min drive if you want to enjoy great beaches. If you prefer to spend a day shopping can in just 20 min to get to Palma and then return to rest.
