Island Antique Home with Private Bedroom and Bath!

Perfect parking spot for your boat on your trailer! Come explore the beautiful Lake Champlain Islands! Our town of South Hero has many biking and hiking trails, and the famous Apple orchards! Located above our real estate office with a separate entrance, this space includes a bedroom with a King sized bed, a nice bathroom with an original claw foot tub with a shower. There is a separate sitting area with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, college style refrigerator and table and two chairs. The space The parking lot is shared with our clients and real estate agents. The front door is to the office, you will have a private door which is locked by you, and there is a steep set of stairs to get to the second floor. The tub and shower combination is a claw foot step "over and in" type. The office is very quiet. I am the host and I work here 7 days a week, so if you need anything at all, I am here. Guest access You will have full private access to your bedroom, bathroom and your dining/sitting room. During your stay We are available by text or phone day or night if any issues arise during your stay.
