Unobstructed view of the Rigi, Queen of the Mountains, beautiful garden, pool, large terrace, children's playroom, location in the middle of Switzerland. Zurich can be reached in 30 minutes, Lucerne center in 15 minutes, lake in 10 minutes by car. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. From here there are numerous hiking trails as well as mountain railways, ski resorts, etc. The city and the lake can also be reached in no time. An ideal starting point for excursions. Double single-family house with immediate neighbors. The space The house has a master bedroom with a box spring bed 180 x 200 cm and a bunk bed for 2 children each 90 x 200 cm, two children's rooms each with a bed 90 x 200 cm and an additional pull-out guest bed in one room. In addition, there is a guest room with a pull-out guest bed for 2 people. A bathroom with shower/toilet and one with a bathtub/toilet. A small but well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room and a playroom for the children. A highlight is the terrace and the garden with pool, which needs some maintenance but offers a welcome cooling off in summer. Other things to note We have an old cat that needs to be fed and loves to be petted. In addition, the plants should be watered on hot summer days.
