Bedroom 6: Two full bed size bunk beds HOUSE RULES - No smoking - No pets not allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Noise is expected to be kept at a tolerable level so as to not disturb neighbors. - Age requirement of 25 years or older - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Only registered guests are allowed in our home due to liability and the safety of our property - The primary guest whose name is on the booking reservation must be staying at the property. A guest may not book a reservation for someone else. - Total of “14” guests allowed at property (including adults, children, and infants). - There will be a separate rental agreement form and guest's names list form to fill out and sign. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful and respectful of surrounding neighbors. - Guest Manual provided in the property will go over additional instructions/rules to be followed. - If rules are violated, guests will be charged accordingly and/or asked to leave the property.
