Tropical La Costa oasis. We are taking inquires for Jan 15-May 15, 2026, full 4 months only. Only miles to the beach but feels worlds away, quiet and peaceful. Good wifi, nice pool and spa, exercise equipment in the garage. 8 min. to Ponto beach. Looking for a retired person or responsible, older couple who loves plants & taking good care of things. We don't move out when we go, so there is little storage room but all you need to bring are your clothes & a toothbrush. It's all here. The space You can see from the photos this is our home, it is not a vacation rental. We are looking for someone to rent for the winter months we are away to our second home in Kauai. The master bedroom has a slider to the enclosed, private orchid patio. It's a delightful space full of water sounds and hummingbirds. Guest access The entire 1469 sq foot house, pool, jacuzzi and garage are what you would be renting. It is a quiet neighborhood and the pool/jacuzzi area is totally private.
