Fully self-contained accommodation with deep covered verandahs on three sides. The covered outdoor entertaining area has a fire pit and barbeque along with seating and tables that seats up to 18 people, there is also a seating area at the back of the premises for 6 people to cheer on those playing Table Tennis. A fully fenced yard which is child and pet friendly. Three-(3) Queen bed rooms one of which has a walk in robe and ensuite, a Double sofa bed in the Media Room (along with a corner lounge and a separate two seater) and Bunks and a three-(3) single beds in the Second Lounge. A large open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area, two bathrooms (1 large bath not a Spa), a Laundry and plenty of Fridge/Freezer space makes this fully air-conditioned residence a wonderful place to relax and refresh. The 'Lodge' overlooks our large spring-fed dam which is perfect for swimming, small kayaks/canoes along with float devices, and is approximately 500m from the boat ramp where you can also fish from the bank. All that is required are your clothes, food, beverages, boat (we have a 3 seater for hire), bait (we do sell if needed). Plenty of room for the children to ride their bikes, play in the dam and fish for dinner off the boat ramp. Base yourself in your home away from home and day trip to :- Rules Beach, Agnes Water and 1770 or perhaps head to Bundaberg for a tour of the Rum Distillery - Hinkler House and Bargara Mon Repos Turtle Centre. Peace, plenty of space and all that is required for a more than comfortable stay.
