It has a bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, Air Conditioning, Full Bathroom, Kitchen, BBQ Grill, Laundry Center, Fridge, Smart TV with Netflix, Internet Browser, etc. It also has a Smart Desk that allows you to choose the height and also charge your cell phone and other gadgets etc. In the living room there is a Sofa Bed (matrimonial size). The space It is designed for all those who like to enjoy a quiet environment and work from home. The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the beach walking and 10 minutes from the Malecon of Puerto Vallarta. The apartment is fresh most of the year since it is located on the hill; it's ideal for those who like to workout and be in good shape. The apartment can be access by car easily. It's located in one of the best areas of Puerto Vallarta since it's close to Vallarta Theater, Super Market Ley, Public Stadium/Sport Unit with all kind of Sports (we will provide you the rakets, basket ball, etc.), It's also close to Wonderful Beaches, Restaurants, Banks, Pharmacies and Clinics.. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building; we live on the 4th floor so we will be glad to help you in anything you need. We are interested in hosting people who DO NOT SMOKE, and who do not have any addiction to drugs including marihuana. We are a family of 3 members and you can consider us, FROM NOW, part of YOUR FAMILY IN VALLARTA!!! We love animals, however, we don't accept them in the building. We have been living in Puerto Vallarta for a long time, so we will give you tips on THE BEST RESTAURANTS, THE SECRET BEACHES AND TOURS THAT ONLY THE VALLARTA PEOPLE KNOW :) Depending on the season in which you decide to come, we can also get you Discount Coupons on Tours and Restaurants. Guest access A few blocks from the Apartment is the Malecon (the most famous area of Puerto Vallarta), the Mountain, the Beach, Supermarket Ley, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Vallarta Theater, Sports Unit, Gyms, Churches, Parks, Schools, Banks, and BEST OF ALL, you can get there to all these places WALKING !!! Other things to note This apartment shares the patio (common area) I also have my office in the same floor so, we will share the entrance only, your apartment is independent from the other apartments that we have, the only thing that you will share is the patio (bbq area) and the entrance (common area too). PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to stay 1 week or more, I will pick you up at the airport at no cost for you!!!
